Fully equipped trailer complete with add-a-room (kitchen/livingroom) on beautiful lakefront (Lakelet Lake) property in Clifford, ON. Approx 1.5 hours from Guelph in a small town rich with mennonite culture.
ABOUT: Sleeps 5-6 (easily) and has plenty of space on property (large lot) to pitch an additional tent. There are approx. 8 trailers on this side of the lake which makes for a peaceful getaway, but the park often has activities and events throughout the season. It is a family friendly/pet free park.
CURRENT SEASON FEE: $xxxx (May-end of September) Extra fees apply for visitors, boats, firewood, bills etc. We can offer you a copy of this information from the park owners if you are interested, so that you are aware of the fees/rules of the park, etc. before you commit to viewing.
The add-a-room includes kitchen area with countertop space, cupboards, burners, sink, coffee machine, dishes/cutlery/pots/pans, air conditioner and more. It also has space for reclining futon couch with removable cover, shoe/coat rack, coffee table, foldable wooden kitchen table & 2 chairs TV/ wooden stand and vcr. If interested, there is cable/phone line hook-up and local company can provide a quote for seasonal service.
Inside the original trailer there is also a countertop with microwave and toaster oven. There are cupboards above and below this countertop and some drawers (plenty of space for linens/clothing, tools, toys etc). There is a double bed with cupboard space (above and below) at one end of the trailer and 2 futon style single beds that can act as seating for the foldaway table on the other end of the trailer. There is a small closet which is currently occupied by mini dirt devil & small vacuum and has space for hanging seasonal clothing. There is a newer trailer sized fridge/freezer. Washroom with toilet (septic tank), single shower, sink and some cupboard space.
ALSO INCLUDED: fan/space heater, water trampoline, picnic bench, gazebo (with removable/washable covers), outdoor swing, bench, storage shed with flush toilet and full sized fridge (on separate meter about $40 per season), plastic/canvas campfire chairs/tables, foot stools, whipper snipper, fishing nets, small (older) broil king bbq, leftover firewood from last season, propane tanks, pump, firepit, couple of tubes, small plastic pool, rubber dingy, newer lifejackets (3 adult one small child) and more.
